Alright i have a Nextbook 7SE P12-8g

    Alright i have a Nextbook 7SE P12-8g

    First of all i am NEW here and to tablets...
    my bf bought me this Nextbook yesterday...
    Now i am here because i have attempted to set this up it was ready out of the box and was made in may 2013
    my s/n is YFG0513040054
    anyways this tablet will not connect to my home wifi i have been all over the net look for something to help then i read i need a firmware update which i went to their site to look for
    and i guess they havent updated their firmware in a long time anyways that is why i am here ..
    Wondering if anyone can help me please... bc i am at my wits end and all i want to do is connect to WIFI..
    Ps: my WiFi is WPA PSK which i read would help it connect i changed it from WPA/WPA2 to just WPA

    Nextbook 7SE Premium with Android V 4.0 ICS
     and (it says on the front of the box, 'Get it on Google play'?)

    There are no official firmware downloads for this model. WiFi should not require any updates. I don't own this model and I am not sure what WiFi security types it supports. You could have a defective device too.
