just got this box and updated the supersu before seeing your post here and it's stuck on booting...So with the searches I've done I found this page and have downloaded the RK Driver Assistant and RK Batch Tool and have plugged my box into usb on my laptop. I downloaded the firmware file as well. I ran the installer for the drivers (I'm running windows 10) says installed okay. Then I open the RK Batch Tool, load the firmware then plugged in the box to the laptop while holding a paperclip on the reset button but my Device does not get Detected in RK Batch Tool...I've been trying for many hours all different ways to load the box but I can't seem to get it to load or detect my device. Would you have any suggestions as to what I may have to do to get it to detect my device?
