Tanix TX92 - Internet disconnect

Hi, I have a TVbox TX92 with 2Gbram DDR3 / 16gbrom.

I am experiencing problems when I am a couple of continuos hours connected to internet by RJ45 cabling, the connection is lost (the device disconnects).
I have to turn off and turn on the TVbox to reconnect to Internet.

this is a bug ? Could you tell me how the bug is solved ? I need to updrade firmware ?
