I have the 2G/16GB KM8 P box and when I try and write firmware via USB Burn Tool when it tries to flash UBOOT the USB disconnects and says USB device not recognised.
What am I doing wrong?

try different usb port, or pull out usb cable and reconnect while letting the usb programmer run. Maybe not enough power to flash. Be sure to use the usb port on the back of the pc, or maybe usb2 instead of usb3 port. Maybe a faulty cable.
Maybe if you could use an old xp machine, it's more compatible.Last edited by mark-1978; 18 June 2018, 17:37.
