Unbrick Mini m8s Pro

I'm looking for a little help unbricking a mini m8s pro. I tried updating the firmware via usb burning tool. After the first try failed, I unchecked erase bootloader, and tried applying the update again. The second attempt failed, and completely bricked the device (no booting into recovery, no hdmi output, not detected by pc when attempting to boot into recovery). I have tried the sd card update method both while pressing the button on power on and not. Nothing seems to work.

I fixed it... It was just a bad usb male to male cable. If you're having a similar issue, check your cable! As soon as I fixed the cable, the pc recognized the ADB device and the spdif port lit up.
