    Difference between MK908 v1 & v3 vs. MK908II

    Hello,

    Q1: How can I find out witch kind of revision I have?
    Q2: Waht are the difference between MK908 v1 & v3?

    And as a sidekick:
    I read at Geekbuying, that the MK908II would be diffrent too, becouse of "please notice, you can’t flash this firmware on your old Tronsmart mk908, they are not the same"
    Any idea wath the diffrent(s) is(are)?

    I'm asking becouse I'm often reading of incompatibility at kernels an so on...

    Me too, As I just assumed I had A V1 but not sure now.

      Well, if you open the box it's printed on the PCB,dohh. Mine says V3.

        The mk908ii has an external aerial, but the only way that I know of to tell if you have a v1 or v3 is by opening them up and see what is printed on the pcb
