Network Settings app has gone from my T8X S905 Android Box Running 5.1.1

I have recently upgraded my T8X Android Media Box running 5.1.1, since doing this I appear to have lost the ability to change my Ethernet connection from DHCP to Static. I need to do this to change my DNS settings. Ethernet connects perfectly as does WiFi. If I go to settings, more settings, I used to have a facility to modify Network connections, this has gone.
Any guidance as to how I can restore this please.

Hi - No I havent tried anything from Apps Store - what do you suggest. I actually use Smart DNS on all my devices
