i have searched for modules to correct the basic check error, but nothing seems to fix it. I assume until Magisk 17.0 is released the error is from recent play services. Or by the fact my stock firmware is an arm64 build and the arm64 versions for xposed are still a wee buggy.

Xposed causes basic integrity check with magisk
After applying unsu to remove stock root, applying universal safety net fix, Magisk installer and clearing cache before booting into system to load magisk manager and load its modules, safety net passes without any errors. Once I install xposed, either by a Magisk module or by exposed installer, basic integrity check fails.

After so many different configurations... I found the best way to have Xposed with Magisk, is to forget about having Magisk modules installed for Xposed, and any Safetynet fix modules. No need for universal fix or use of any other Safetynet fixing module.
No need for prop tool as well. Why? Because the Magisk modules lock the props from being edited.
Since I only use very few Magisk modules, for audio enhancements, the basics for system mods are all on exposed. Besides, has anyone enabled basic mode for Magisk with systemless Xposed? Yep, it is a pain to reactivate on the fly. By using tge xposed installer and loading xposed into the system, I can disable one or the other without effecting operation between them.
All you need to do is load the Xposed module disable device check. Which will do what the Safetynet fix modules do.
Xposed will always fail basic integrity check, no matter how you install It. So the systemless Xposed to me is very limited, by being tied to Magisk, and the Magisk Safetynet fix modules lock the system files in an odd way if used without knowing which one or combination of fixes to use.
