wifi used to run box in bedroom now it won't

I can't understand how I used to watch stuff on kodi in the past and now I can't. The browser takes an age to load and I know it works downstairs cause I've tried it. I have tried a different box upstairs and that was the same. I could understand if it had never worked up there because it would just be that it is too far from the router. I have watched stuff up there before though. Anyone no why this could be?

Things you could do..
Check for changes...like a vase placed near the router? Or something else
Check router log...
Check using : wifi analyzer app , if there is wifi interference... try finding a free wifi channel to use
