Hi everyone, I tested the ROM "cyanogenmod cm10.1" 4.2.2 for "chuwi V88" of OMA, in the Tronsmart T428

I used with ROM "Oma_RK31_Chuwi_V88_CM10.1_4.2.2_v1.2.2" + kernel_t428_phja_20130802_vsf_ocl.img

After 3 hours usage, no bug, no reboot.

Did you try flashing the oc kernels to see if the BT starts working or if there is any performance boost?

FYI Tried on MK908 V3 and this did not work. Feels like flashing a V1 kernel on V3 device, nothing shows up on screen.

According to Oma (Grandma in german!) the Chuwi v88 "Wifi-Chip is Mediatek MT5931, a single stream WLAN SOC with MAC, Baseband and Radio. It comes with BT Cooperation to MT6622."

So completely different to any of the miniPC stick variants

I tried "Alpha 4 Chuwi V88" was this what you tested? I just get a screen with OMA in the centre and "CWM-based recovery Chuw v88 by oma v6.0.3.1" & then

E: Invalid command argument
E:Can't mount /cace/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log

[edit] Ahh - reflashed with stock kernel and was able to progress. Alpha 4 == v.1.2.4 from 6th October.

No wifi/BT even after reboot.

This looks superb - hope we can get a rom <> kernel hooked up
