Pipo M6 USB Connection Problem

There are several reasons for this. It depends on what you are wanting to do.
If you are trying to flash a RileyROM from Freaktab, please review the First Time User's Guide before flashing...it will guide you through the driver installation.
Generally, if you are just trying to connect to copy files back and forth, you need to go into settings and make sure you have it set up correctly. In settings, go to Developer Options and make sure USB debugging is turned off. Under the USB connection settings, make sure the device is checked as a Mass Storage Device rather than a media device.
Other things to check are:
Try using a different USB cable. The one that came with the tablet is best because Pipo recesses their USB plugs, and require a longer plug to make a good connection.
Try using a USB 2.0 port instead of a USB 3.0 port....and don't go through a hub...connect directly to the port.Randy

Thanks for replaying. On desktop, tablet nor pc does not respond when I plug USB cable. Only tablet's screen opens if it is on stand by. On laptop everything is ok on same settings and same cable. This should be related to desktop pc.
And also some times laptop does not see mass storage althoug I press Use As Mass Storage button on tablet. After re plug-out and in, it is ok. Thanks.

I believe it is a USB connection problem. Have you tried all the things I suggested above?Randy

In Settings...Storage, you will see a menu prompt at the top right of the screen. Touch that and you will get a sub menu for USB computer connection option. Touch it.
You will see three choices:
Media device (MTP)
Camera (PTP)
Mass Storage
Make sure Mass Storage is checked and USB debugging is turned off in the Developer options section.Randy

It must be a problem with the USB port on the PC...or a driver problem.Randy

Pipo M6 USB Connection Problem
It is a difficult task getting rid of the driver...but you can try deleting it somehow...then follow the steps in the First Time Users Guide.
