Brought a job lot of these at an auction recently some work some ...hmm not so, the main problem being bad nands. They will after shorting the pins and much playing with, install the firmware and for all intensive purposes start and run the apps contained within the firmware, but on installing anything via SD card or google play upon restarting the device we are right back to square one with the device crashing.
When the apks are installed via flash and the memory allocated during setup everything is fine, adding to the memory/storage table just corrupts. With this in mind how difficult is it to add apk's to a custom rom.
