Switching to desktop randomly

Hi everyone
sometimes I’m having issues with my h96 pro plus box
it switches to desktop... no crash
no temp issue...

watching netflix or or something else, suddenly after half an hour boom... desktop...

how to to catch this issue?

30 Mins. exactly? Just video or web browsing etc?

Turn off any background apps.
Turn off any screensaver.
Turn off any potential notifications from apps.
Change your remote control...if using a dongle, might be getting interference.
Not likely but, if you are on WIFI, try wired internet...or turn it off completely.

Everyone is off and still Netflix is returning to desktop after a few minutes

If it is just Netflx doing this to you..try an older apk version?

I can't remember....is SCV7a('s) included version of Netflix warned not to update?

I saw a mention of a recent release(mod) to fix display(?) issues not sure if on XDA or 4PDA..or Mecool forums here...try Googling mod...

Using original version that came with the scv7 rom and no crashing
