    MXG 4K Android 7.1 TV Box Ultra HD Smart TV Player Quad Core Amlogic S95W Built-in 802.11n WI-FI (MXG VC) - NO Sound

    On settings - sound - I get the message Do not disturb is on ( Alarms Only) turn off.
    When I go into Do Not Disturb - Priority only allows - I find that "Alarms" is grayed out, is permanently in the on position - I can't turn this off.
    I have tried numerous Factory resets , but nothing changes.
    Have I got a corrupted system - if so any ideas as to how I can restore. You don't have a download of firmware I can try by any chance.
    Any advice welcome.
