How can I do reset box

Hi all,

my reset button broken, and I need reset to box.
How can I do manuallly?
Please someone help me.

P.s. I did update android 5.1 Lollipop, after that I successfully upgraded my mxq set.
After the first WiFi setup, the system jumped back to the welcome screen, and now I am in a loop.
From the welcome screen, I need to step to the network registration screen, and and after a successfull registration,
I see again the welcome screen.
