Remote turn on not working

When I turn off the device (sleep), it can be switched on within few minutes. After some time, TV box is not responding to the remote and I have to plug off and in the power sourcee to make it running/awake. The same is when I change setting not to sleep, but to turn off. Any solutions?
I have ZH01-S912-TVBOX-v3.0 stock, tried factory reset.

Also, air mouse stopped working. It's working on PC, but not on TV box. Pendrive is working, so USB is fine. The box are getting quite hot sometimes, 54-83C.

Hello,
The same situation is with my device. I have to plug and unplug power cord several times in order to wake it. Power supply is OK, and there is red light behind the optical out gate.

It is said to be is faulty power adapter. I ordered an original new one and I'm waiting.

Edit: The new power adapter came - did not help.

I am sorry to hear this. It was obvious that new adapter couldn't solve the problem - there is power inside the box, but it cannot be started.

It's interesting that one old firmware runs normally. Power On works.
This firmware does not suit me.
So the bug is somewhere inside these new firmwares.

My box uses the original firmware, so it couldn't pose a problem.

This is nor simply problem with the adapter or ur box, some firmwares have simply wrong remote configuration so when you put it to sleep it doesnt reposnd to IR functions of the remote. I would suggest you flashing a custom rom like svc7a i had this problem but this rom fixed sleep/awake/power off using stock remote , now works like charm!

Today I picked up box from local service. They replaced some circuit in power section of the device, and now it works normally. But, I will consider flashing the device.

Im glad u had ur problem fixed, ur lucky u have local service in ur area to fix hardware related problems as in my case these boxes don't have any local after sales services.

I do not think, it's a wrong remote configuration.
This firmware H96Pro + box turns on:
s912_q9377-H96_KDMC17.3_50ME_600M_mac-20170918
The rest of the firmwares box does not turn on.
Remote configuration Is The Same.
The bug is somewhere in the system.
