I want to buy a tv box!

I want to buy a tv box, with :

8Gbs memory , perhaps, more?
a stable Netflix app, ( some are dodgy or do not work at all)
an excellent refresh rate, motion interpolation ( no early Charlie Chaplin style movies )
best android OS , with stable google play and services
an excellent support , if and when bricked,
both fast ethernet and Wi-Fi connection

Rockchip or Amlogic?
Can a tv box, fully substitute a Chromecast hdmi dongle?
Quad or octa core, any practical differences?

hmm..
i have seen amlogic 3gb ram versions
rockchip 4 GB ram versions
allwinner 3gb ram versions
but not 8 GB ram versions based on arm

if really wish more ram... android x86 on a Intel based PC with nvidia card might work well
*my Intel atom with 8gb ram and nvidia card.. runs libreelec x86/android x86/win10 64bit
however the power usage might be higher...then a arm based solution

if you want Netfilx you must have DRM L1-L3 , otherwise no chance , the most cheap Boxes

do not support this , maybe MiBox ??? if you buy the MXQ ... blabla crap , you will for sure not

be happy , look all the brick/problem posts , but your choise ,
