Are we talking about an external SD ?
If yes, there is no ext.SD on my Pad !
If no, what happens if booting doesn't work, how can I get rid of the files then
from the internal SD ?
Is this model not common in the States ?
Thank you !

Doesn't your tablet have a slot for inserting a micro SD card?
Booting a modified recovery is not possible from the internal SD card space. The bootloader only looks on the external SD card before defaulting to the internal stock recovery.
The files can be deleted as usual. The modified recovery won't do anything unless you hold power and volume to boot while it is located on an external SD card. The root package won't do anything unless you flash it from the modified recovery.
If you just want root, you might try Cydia Impactor. I've heard it works on many current Nextbook tablet models. I don't think I can help with a custom ROM, if this model doesn't have an external SD card slot.
No. Haven't seen this model in the States yet. Looks like we could order from various websites, including Amazon, but it's rather expensive for a Nextbook. The Next8P12, Next7P12-GP, Next7P12-8G, Next7HD8G and Next8HD8G are all sold in stores here for less than US $100.

You could try my modified 3e recovery and root package for the Next8HD8G. There should be no harm in attempting to boot this recovery from the SD Card or installing the root package with it.
Just whatever you do, DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL THE ROM! It will most likely not work with your bluetooth, may not work with your screen either, or at all for that matter. It's just a plain stock ROM If the recovery and root package work, let me know and I'll work with you to create a custom ROM for your tablet model.
If the modified recovery fails to boot, just hold power until it shuts off and remove the recovery from the SD card so it doesn't cause any future trouble.
