newbie : Smart LED Projector : help identify + no USB connection

Hi there,

Just received from my android 6.01 smart led projector.
But no USB connection with desktop computer (developper mode activated, UBS MTP enabled) while USB stick is recognized. And, yes, the USB cable works with other appliance.
Reference printed on the PCB (left/bottom) is : P01-V6.3 2018/05/04

BTW, could you help me to identify which model I got ... could be helpfull to dig the forum.

Hi ,

as you can see we almost busy with TVBoxes , i think the Port is okay , but maybe your PC Drivers

not fully installed , are there yellow ???? in the Win DeviceManager , best would be to Email to the

Seller and find a Solution , USB Debugging activated ??? but this makes for sure no difference ,

i changed the Header , added "Smart LED Projector" makes clear , no TVBOX ,
