Software for Live streaming & Screenshot Capture?

Does anyone know how to capture (in real time) video playing on Amlogic8726-MX device to a Windows x64 box?

I want to make some tutorials using captured video.

hardware solution
*android Cvbs video output to pc video capture card/usb + vlc
*android hdmi to Av reciever to pc capture card/usb + vlc
*use pc webcam to capture android screen

software solution
*android install Vnc server - on pc install vnc client + capture screen software
*install video capture app on android ( req root... i think... never tried it)
