Mecool M8S PRO W and amazon prime video

Hi guys,
I want to use amazon prime video app in my Mecool M8S PRO W. I have the original firmware.
I have downloaded the app from internet and it installs correctly but crashes when I try to watch something.
Any suggestions?
Do you know if it will function with a custom firmware?
Do you know if it will function in kodi?

You can only use the Amazon Kodi addon on Amlogic devices.
If you run AndroidTV firmware with Playready 3 DRM, you can use the AndroidTV app on Amlogic devices like MiBox.
It wasn't fixed in Amlogic firmware as in Rockchip firmware.
