No wallpaper

MY LEELBOX Q4 WILL NOT LET ME INSTALL A WALLPAPER SOME APPS WILL OPEN AND I HIT SET AND DOWNLOAD IT LOKS ALL GOOD BUT WHEN I RETURN TO HOME NOTHING....ALSO LAUNCHER PROBS....NOT SURE IF RELATED

Hello,

Did you use the Launcher that comes with the Box?
If yes, try to change the Launcher to Nova Launcher for Example then you can change the Wallpaper.

Yes that is the first thing I do is my go-to is Nova Launcher it won't open Nova Launcher won't open a lot of launchers had it on the Square launcher 2 and a crashed about an hour into setup and then after that I've got a launcher 10 and TV launcher to work none of which will takes wallpaper it's weird cuz I had the square to install set up when it crashed I reset the Box completely and I tried to reinstall Square to but then I wouldn't accept it so I don't know what happened after that crash
