MX9 PRO RK3328 ethernet broken

The ethernet option is greyed out in the android network section.It was working prior to incorrect shutdown.Tried resetting the network, would a factory reset repair it?

I think you should try to reset to factory. If it doesn't work again, you can try to use usb to ethernet apparatus. It may work well.

Thanks guys, hodoras, will the reset wipe apps leaving the box blank? gefattern, its on original fw, is there a tutorial for loading something better?

Dev. Mo123 is busy with a RK3328 Rom , but i am not sure if the Specs are same , only then it will

work good , but you can ask him in the specific Rom Thread , think it was a MVR9 Box , but PLEASE

what ever you want to flash , before check the Specs and ASK in the Rom Thread if compatible ,
