Hello i think my device is bricked, when i plug in the charger both red and blue light is onn i have tried to riinstall the firmware but my pc doesnt recognise the device at all please help i dont know what to do.... the remote doesnt work at all i cant turn it on , as soon as i put the charger the red and blue light just stays like that
