Hi jockerii,

To my knowledge, there are several flashing options available:
1) I am not sure whether this one universally applies to all devices, but it does at least to some: you download the stock (factory) firmware (which often comes as .zip file), copy that zip file to mico SD card, insert it into your device, and turn it on. Device does the rest for you, but first make sure this is applicable to your tablet
2) If you have CWM recovery installed, procedure is almost identical as above, except that you don't need to do a cold reboot, but rather enter the CWM recovery and flash your new firmware from there
3) Connecting your device to a PC (Windows or Linux computer), this requires special flashing tools, which are in turn device specific), unless you are familiar with ADB command line tools.

I am not quite an expert myself, just thought you might need some support at this point as it happens to almost everyone. Everything is essentially very straightforward, it involves some google search, but main things to keep in mind are 1) do not panic 2) do your google search carefully before and not after you start playing.
