x7 dual boot android & linux

as i still dont have a x7 YET im looking for some info regarding dual boot options on it

i know from other forum threads that it is possible to install linux on android sticks and on my samsung gs2 i have "linux for android" so i guess that i at least can get that to work

but what i really want is to have linux on my external harddrive and the option to boot it without booting android

but as far as i rember the posts about linux on android sticks talk about replacing the android kernel/system with a linux version and then changing that when android is to be booted...

but is there some kind of bootmanager that can be used for dual boot ??

Linuxium (kind of like ubuntu) is now available with more features working for mk802IV and T428, and now you dont have to flash with a micro sd card, I don't know if this will ever be available for the x7 but someone might port it (I dont know if that's possible, since I dont konw as much about linux as I know about android).
