What tv box is this?

Hi,
I've found this box on a flee market and in fact it is working fine but I am curious what kind of box it is and if there is other firmware available.
Did some googling but more than that it is from Germany I could not find any more info.

super old , a Box for the trash , dont think that a Rom exist for this Box ,

use it like it is or buy a cheap new one , what are your needs ???
