Alfawise rebranded Newpal s912 3gb ram need some help

Hi everyone!

I just bought this

it's exactly the same thing as the alfawise but I doesn't have the alfawise logo.

Can It be updated via OTA??

another question I have is on the equalizer from spotify (i think is the builtin android equalizer) bass boost slides are like "locked" I can t pick them up, seems like a problem with the screen not been touch it seems, where are the config files of this app, maybe I can edit it manually? I just want to turn bass boost settings lower.

for now I just don't want to root it, because I bought it today, but maybe later I'll give I try, I already tried booting into twrp with an sdcard twrp image from a s902 but it didn't work.

nvm I just installed precise volume now equalizer works, but u have to disable the built in musicfx app.
