    Battery Charging

Still new to using Tablets (I've only recently just got a mobile phone as well ), so need advice on battery charging.

Which would you guys/gals recommend, charging whenever (usually over-night), only when battery is low or as I'm using within plug range, leaving it plugged in all the time?

The batteries in these are LiPo (Lithium Polymer) and thus do not have memory issues like nicads, etc. So you do not really need to "cycle" them.

If I am in cord reach I just leave it plugged in.

"Pardonne-leur car ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils font"

Don't worry about letting your tablet die before charging it as modern batteries do not have memory effect. Letting your battery totally die can wear your battery down, though firmware have safeguards in so that when a battery reaches a low level your tablet will shut down anyway.

So charge you tab up regular. It is best to charge with your tab off as well this will be the fastest method.

Thanks, as I'm usually within reach of plug I'll leave it plugged in, and when not, just charge when I can.

I'm not the most experienced tablet user but I leave my Arnova G2 10 charging overnight (well for last email days since I got it), and the battery is lasting all day of what I would consider pretty heavy use - but then again I ****'d a 2nd charger to keep in my bag for work in case I drain the battery on the way to work

I've also plugged mine in whenever handy in the evenings - guess it's whatever suits you should be fine as these seems to have a very decent battery life.
