Backup XBMC

If I was to backup the following directory & all sub directories

sdcard/Android/data/org.xbmc.xbmc

Would I be able to transfer all of my XBMC settings ((addons, skins, shortcuts etc) and restore again if I flashed another ROM?

Or - is there an easier way?

There is an official XBMC addon that you can enable that allows it to back-up all settings etc, such that if you install another version of XBMC or even on another device, you can restore everything from there.

It's called XBMC Backup.
