Backup Solution Without Root?

What's the backup policy/solution you are using? I am looking for a complete backup solution for my Android tablet. No root!

No root? What do you know about Helium andTrustlook?They are free Android backup tools (No root),but if you have too much data to back up on your Android table, I don't think they are necessarily work for you,as they will take you a long time.You'd better look for some 3ird software on Google.
