    damaged USB

    Hello All
I need a little help, I need to replace a USB female Jack, but I cannot find the same one anywhere, I have put some pictures up for you to look at?. The only markings on the USB I can see are the word ALLTOP and the number 1636 ?so any help identifying the make or the manufacturer so I can buy a couple would be much appreciated

This part came from an Acer Laptop, if I recall correctly. Looks very similar to yours.
Maybe you can locate a used one on fleabay.
      Are you in the US?

Hi Trebor I afraid that one is no good it is on top of the plate which would not line up with the case.. The other one you mentioned?.the back locating pins need to be in line with four data pins, very near but no good
        thanks anyway Mate

Hope you find what you need. I would have sent it to you if in the US, but shipping to London would be prohibitive.
