Hi ,

try Pins 7/8 , good Tool for cleaning up the USB input Dicrectory or similar is "USBDeview" ,

helps to clean , if Problems with to many connected Devices on Pc exist , delete all input

in the Directory , reboot and try again , as possible take the latest Flashtool , and start as

I'll add a comment also, USB Burn Tool can be troublesome at times...since the device did temporarily show up... try with another USB cable,(thy do wear/burn out). Then continue to troubleshoot software if needed.
