For what? Do you want to root and/or flash your device?
If you flashed your device with the Hybrid Firmware it will be rooted. Perharps you need Android Universal ADB Driver.

Yes, because I want to try to dump the stock-rom...

"Android Universal ADB Driver" dos not work at my xpsp3... (perhaps because of no entry of the "rk31sdk"??? I don't know...(perhaps because missing the "winusb.sys"???))

Somewhere here on the board I found a "K-R42 Root.ZIP" (don't ask me where) that includes USB-Drivers but my system is missing the "winusb.sys" witch is needing trough the installation (I've download it separately as single file, because I don't want to download the hole windows driver pack)

BTW: Moboro don't install something like this

I also board version 2.1 (kernel from 09.24.2013) after flashing an alternative firmware stopped working ethernet. I did not do a backup. Please Put somebody drain backup firmware. I would be very grateful.

This kernel dated 24.09.2013 is from wasser? If yes then it has some additional config variables set which allows constant Ethernet MAC address.
Now without reinstaling new/old firmware you have two choises. Either create wlan_mac file into /data/misc/wifi/wlan_mac directory for example from Terminal as SU enter:

echo "02:03:04:05:06:EF" > /data/misc/wifi/wlan_mac

Or you can flash older wasser's kernel without that fix. For example that from 19.09.2013.
And flashing it is as easy as executing command:

flash_image kernel [I]path_to_kernel_img_file[/I]

where path_to_kernel_img_file is rather self explanatory. But do not forget to extract downloaded kernel first .

RTL8201F isn't complete Ethernet LAN solution. It is some kind of tranceiver which "translates" signals to/from MAC layer hardware (in our case "k29 VMAC" in RK3188) communicating through 3.3V TTL standard RMI interconnect with RTL8210F to/from physical Ethernet medium. It doesn't need kernel driver per say.

Hi guys I also have a android b351 and flashed lewies firmware and have no wifi or ethernet. didnt make a nandroid either. i tried advice from post 23 and no go....does anybody know of a rom I can flash that just works??

I'm pretty sure that these numbers describe date of "birth".
1332 means 32th week of 2013 and 1335 equals 35th week.


My device was "borne" on 29th week of this year (between 15-19 July - only work days).
