I'm happy with the firmware version from DMSsRU - version H96Max_v2a:

I know the rom doesn't mind rkmc or kodi, the reason to upgrade would be that rkmc will not be updated anymore, otherwise it is optimized for rockchip so it could be a better option. (I need it well oiled with football games just starting in Spain ; )
Finally I've installed v3a+Kodi and everything is much more snappy. Tkanks for your help.

Is here another booot logo, there are problems with wifi and bluetooth, but this is a problem in all versions of H96Max.

RKMC and Kodi are just accessories. It doesn't matter what version of android it is, it depends on you, which suits you.

It's worse than android 9, slower, sometimes freezing, mouse button scrolling problems etc. I would stay with Android 9.

Thx for sharing your experience. Do you recomend any rom over others?. Also, do you recommend stuck on RKMC or upgrade to last Kodi?

HS2734C is the NVRAM version. Ap6330 is the device id, and it is generally supported. Generally, because this device is delivered with 2 different chips:

BCM4330

Broadcom BCM40183

I live in Budapest, Hungary. I have this H96 Max. I can't go to WIFI, it drops the switch if I set it to work with a LAN cable, but I don't want a cable connection. I've been re-inverted, but WIFI doesn't work. Please help? Unfortunately I can only communicate with a google translator Hi Peter
