I have the arnova g3 10.1 d version, and i cannot get it into flash mode to install the drivers

i have tryed vol + then pressing reset button, but nothing

Is there another way on the D version.

other way

in my case i have a 10b g3,
i did not used the reset button, just turned off my tablet and while holding volume + attached the usb cable..
hold the volume+ until you install the right driver, then you can release and begin with happy flashing
