Iv not had any issue with the app or weather widget.Local town selected (Not a big city)and working fine

I just installed Kodi 17.6 and I?m not able to play any 4K streams. I use real debrid links when I stream video. Plus Kodi resolution is greyed out and stuck on 1080p.
