Impossible 1903 W10 Update

As in object, it is impossible updating Pipo X7 to Windows 10 May update (1903). The update is not present in Windows Update, and after using Microsoft Update tool, that downloads all the files and begin updating procedure, an error message says that update isn't reliable on my hardware

Edit: with latest update Microsoft removed some lock and now it updates to Windows 10 1903 without problems
