A few questions about my H96 Pro

Hello,

I have an H96 Pro Box with 3GB RAM and 16GB FLASH.

-I would like to know which is the latest official ROM and where can I download it?

-And which is/are the latest custom ROM/s?

I have a green PCB with CZ-S32-V2.1 printed on it. this version seems very rare. I could only find posts about V2.2 or newer here.

-what's the difference between the H96 Pro and H96 Pro+?

That should work for you. As far as custom ROMs go, try all of them for S912 with DDR3 support, the biggest issue you will most likely run into is whether or not the Wifi/Bluetooth chip is compatible to the custom ROM. AtvXperience, Minixfreak_OS, or PoisonROMs are probably the best bet to get a working update to the latest Android 7.1.2. If you want to expirement and try to install stock ROMs from other Manufacturers, then try Beelink GT1 or Nexbox firmwares for S912.

but my H96 Pro got 1000 Mbps too. Never used WiFi or Bluetooth though.

Most the custom roms have the correct ethernet drivers, it doesn't seem like there is much to worry about with those, not like trying to find the correct wifi drivers that can be a headache.

I tried AtvXperience. ethernet & wifi worked, bluetooth didn't, but that's not important at all. more important and really annoying was the very limited Playstore for AndroidTV.
so I switched back to the original ROM but to 7.1. that works pretty good but I can't set my external keyboard to German layout which is hell annoying. No idea what to do. :/

additionally Moonlight (which I use mostly on my Android Box) had slightly higher decoding lag on AtvXperience with avg. 40ms. compared to avg 28ms on orig ROM.
