keyboard R8 rii not leave sleep mode

hello I have a r8 rii keyboard 2.4 GHZ that at 10 min of not using it. it goes to "sleep mode" and there is no way to wake it up. I take out the battery and he does not wake up. the only solution is restarting, the tv, pc, smarthphone. (or where you have it connected) or reconnecting the USB. There is some way to repair without opening the keyboard either by editing some text of the "do not know" keys. Thank you

if this Remote has no "Reset" button you can do nothing , buy a better one ,

The keyboard is repaired or I repaired in some way I do not know.(combination of keys) now that light is flashing, and it can come out of sleep mode. A question outside of this: I asked for paypal reimbursement I indicate videos that had sold fasificacion as orginal and not can turn on ( tv box).
I kindly indicate, reimburse 5 dollars less per charger and remote control.
and paypal asks me to send you tracking number.
but it is stupid to send him something that is completely damaged. (I lose money myself and the seller)

so something cheap bought from China is broken , dont send back , they must send a new one , working one !!!???

or a part refund and you throw the broken Box in Trash , good luck / gefattern
