I noticed some complaining over on their fb group this week that their latest and greatest of all android boxes that took 8 months to ship has a 10/100 meg ethernet port. Like WTF? Couldn't spend a couple more bucks to put in a gigabit ethernet? Oh. The owner states that 100 meg has always been sufficient speeds to stream. He's right but you would expect a gigabit port in theses times. Oh. And their "unofficial" fb page had a direct link from their "official" website stating its their "Facebook support group". These guys have ****ery down to an art.
Anyways. What you need to do is find the specs of your skystream 2. Like cpu and ram. Look in this forum for a rom that matches your cpu. Most have directions on how to install. Also try over at xda forums. That is where I got another rom for my 3 that worked quite well.
if I were you, I would purchase something like a nvidia shield first. Get it running and then use the skystream 2 to play around with. That way you won't be weeks without a streaming box.
