kodi kicking me out of viewing

hi all I've found this problem now on 2 android boxes my main box is a McCool m8s L
I have kodi on each and just use the basic estuary skin.
when watching on kodi it randomly kicks me out and back to the nenu.
this happens whether I use Wi-Fi or Ethernet. this never used to happen. any help would be appreciated TIA

You can start by installing the latest Kodi nightly and make sure you don't use any pirate addons.
That's the same advise the Kodi developers will give if you posted in the Kodi forum.
