Are there any ROMs out there that include that Android 4.2 feature of multiple user accounts? If not can I bribe somebody to put it in?

Just add this line to build.prop file in system/.
fw.max_users=3 or however many users you want to have.
If there is an app called provision.apk in system/app...just delete it.Randy
