I installed root explorer but among the audio files I could not find the boot file. It seems impossible! I have looked at ogg files and searched for mp3, wav etc. but I can't find it.

#/system/etc/bootvideo - this is the file (basically mp4) that plays when the tv box starts.

Copy this file to PC, rename it to bootvideo.mp4 and upload it on AudioRemover to make it "silent".
Put new bootvideo back into box and set correct permissons 644, reboot.
