magic nova n5 --help noob please

Hello guys ,
This box made me crazy ,I did follow all instruyction how to flash this box ,but it wont boot finished .
It stuck on maskrom i think .It comes on magicsee logo ,and there it stops .I flashed it with new firmware but no changes .
I can get intosafe boot by using sd card ..but can not do factory reset from there.
What to do ?.please help me

I had the same issue. Just tried to do it several times and using different USB ports (don't use 3.0 ports) and eventually it worked. It strange but it seems to be hit & miss and even though I did exactly the same thing over and over again eventually it worked.

your Box was in ADB Mode not in Maskrommode or LoaderMode for flashing :

use always the latest Drivers and Flashtool for flashing , use latest
