Need help with HK1 PLus

hello,
i had 2 problem with box can any one help me ?

Chip is 2735F

1 problem 1 no display ( tv shows no signale ) so helpless to reset tv box
2 no network via lan ( time not change to network time )


changed HDMI cable still no signal
chacked on second tv still no signal
chcked on router page not showing my tv box .
changed network cable also bot no network

only shows time and blue or red led , nothing else, please help
