Km9 problem

Hi, question if you can help me, I installed on a km9 ATV of km9 pro and stuck on a blue screen asking for pairing of a blutut remote I don't have, with a friend I carried a box and tried it with his blutut remote which is not original of the km9 pro box and it didn't could. What a solution to ask if it can be purchased and ordered remotely and where because I didn't find it on google. Thanks in advance for your reply,and problem wifi not working

Search MiBox replacement remote, Gearbest and Geekbuying should carry it.

Alternative suggestion is use Android Phone and the AndroidTV Remote App and see if it will connect and pair during that Remote Pair setup screen.

WiFi not working is always possible issue when not using stock firmwares. Just use Ethernet.
