    ALEXA HANDS FREE FOR BARRIER DISABILITY USE

    I am wanting to use Alexa to open my apps with my voice because I have a disability and using a remote can be quite difficult sometimes. Right now I'm using Alexa with the Alberto Sonorus app and skill. I can get it to work as long as I activate Alexa with the most with a click. I'm looking for a way please Alexa hands free if anyone knows how to do that could you please message me the details on how to do it?
