BLUE LIGHT ONLY NO SIGNAL / H96 PRO TV BOX BRICKED AFTER FLASHING FIRMWARE PLEASE HELP - NO BOOTING

Issue:
i flash this device via usb burning tool by selecting all 4 tick marks 100% successful burning but device is not working at all not staring LED same just power on connecting hdmi its black screen no loading at all i tired pin reset button but its not resetting device its like no reaction after reset i tried sd card burn too but device only power up no booting now i am trying to connect device in usb burning tool with reset button press its also not detecting please support how to fix this device.No booting at all just bricked!!!
