Wifi issues and long delay on Preparing Storage after Market install

I took the long method by manually installing GoogleServiceFramework.apk and replacing the Vending.apk both from the gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip. After I did this I started experiancing issue with the WiFi hanging and then the following.

After pushing the reset button or a long press power key to cycle the tablet, it gets stuck with "Preparing Storage" in the notification area. This lasts 5-10 minutes then it will come up and run fro 3 or 4 minutes before hanging totally.

I have done a factory restore in an attempt to put things right, but it is still not working very well.

Any ideas.... did I fry something, or just get a flakey unit...

Figured out my own question... my wireless N router was causing the problem. When I switched to my G band router everything works fine.... really odd!

The issue you describe is indeed especially odd. Did the polardroid lock up while connecting to your router before you installed Play Store?
